Eric runs the show at Ballance Design. At least he likes to think he does.

Eric learned the business from his father, the OG Mr. Ballance. He has literally been working in the trade show business since he was a kid. Eric is responsible for keeping the wheels on this thing (no pressure). He oversees all projects and employees, with an unpretentious no-BS approach.

Fun fact: Eric is a former school bus driver. No, really. He set up a drink-don’t-drive service in Muskoka called The s'Kool Bus, so his buddies could safely get around town while enjoying a few cold ones. Talk about a buddy.​
